Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation Reviews
Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation reviews are positive on multiple platforms. Sapphire offers multiple payment options for its clients. After carefully reviewing their website, we found an interesting statement made by Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation, “we work closely with attorneys who are experienced in consumer protection law and timeshare relief.” This statement portrays that Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation legally helps you get out of your timeshare contract. We always advise to work with a company that uses attorneys, and in this case, sapphire gets a +1 from our team. Sapphire works with an attorney from Florida named Jeffrey Badgley. After further investigation, it seems as if Jeffrey Badgley has won numerous awards and is recognized by the Florida Supreme Court, and that is a positive sign.
One thing that stands out to our team is Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation is a company that claims they have a fixed fee and do not assess a fee based on the mortgage you owe your timeshare company. This is rare, and we commend Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation. Most timeshare exit companies will assess a fee based on how much you still owe on your timeshare, and if you owe a mortgage than your fee is typically a lot higher compared to if your timeshare was paid off. After reading multiple Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation reviews, the company claims they do not do any marketing, but they are a referral-based company. If Sapphire has numerous positive reviews based on being referred by clients, then they must be doing something right.
Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation also offers state by state timeshare laws. Just like Timeshare Compliance, providing information about all 50 states and how timeshares operate according to state law is very beneficial to timeshare owners. The benefits of knowing these laws can help you prevent upgrading into another timeshare contract, and this can give you better insight into the options you have to exit your timeshare.
As we have mentioned before, there are tons of timeshare scams in the timeshare industry. If you’re interested in getting rid of your timeshare contract, fill out a free consultation form on your right or initiate a live chat to determine if Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation is the right timeshare exit company for your situation. The company also has a unique “FAQ” page where they answer common questions timeshare owners may have.
After speaking to a representative at Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation, few things definitely check out. Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation reviews also state that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) values timeshares as worthless; now this is an accurate statement. If you were to google your timeshare and the value on sites like ebay.com or craigslist.com, you’d be in for some bad news. Most timeshares are listed for a $1 and the ones that are listed higher never sell. The Sapphire representative we spoke to stated, “even if you sell your timeshare on sites like eBay for the dollar amount, it is the timeshare owners responsibility to continue making payments even if the buyer stops paying for the timeshare.” That is ridiculous, why would you want to pay for something you sold!? Unfortunately, timeshare contracts are structured as “quitclaim” deeds, and legal obligations for payments does not transfer over after selling the timeshare!
Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation checks out on a lot of categories. The company uses a Florida Bar Certified attorney, and the company legally cancels your contract using consumer laws, federal collection act, fair credit reporting. Saphire does not respond well
The terrible lack of communication from Sapphire Resorts is one of the MANY reasons why my husband and I are trying so hard to get out of our timeshare contract with them! We’ve been trying to get in touch with one of the member services employees, and our calls are never answered or returned. We can’t get an email back from the Director of the resort. UGH. We just want to end this nightmare of a problem, but we can’t seem to find anyone who is willing to actually listen to our concerns and wants to work out a solution. I just don’t understand how a company can get away with treating owners this way. We absolutely deserve to speak with someone.
