Company Details: Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation

location, ownership, what they do, how long

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation is associated with Sapphire Consulting Services LLC in Orlando, Florida. Public records and business profiles list Chelsea Wiles as owner and Jeremiah Smith as co-owner. The BBB file shows the business started in May 2018. The BBB also notes the business is believed to be out of business and not accredited.

Third-party listings place the office at 1516 East Colonial Drive, Suite 203, Orlando, with a published phone number for the location. Some directories show this location as closed.

The Business Consumer Alliance file lists an F rating, notes disconnected phone numbers or returned mail, and again states the company appears out of business. Contacts shown include Chelsea Wiles, Jeremiah Smith, and an attorney listed as general counsel.

What the company says it does is cancel timeshare contracts for a flat fee and offer a money-back guarantee. External reviewers have noted the absence of escrow and that fees are paid up front.

How do they work?

Step-by-step breakdown

Based on past marketing claims and public reviews, the usual flow looked like this.

  • Step 1

Phone screen and intake. You share resort details and goals. The company quotes a flat fee. Some owners were told to stop paying maintenance fees and to forward resort mail.

  • Step 2

Document review and demand letters. The team prepares letters to the resort and may claim the use of attorneys. Several customers reported repeated monthly letters without resolution.

  • Step 3

Attempted release or deed in lieu. Some third-party reviews said examples included a deed-in-lieu outcome or credit protection language, but this was not consistent.

  • Step 4

Refund request if not completed under their guarantee terms. Many complaints say owners tried to trigger a refund after long delays and could not reach anyone.

So, how Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation works in practice depends on your contract and the resort’s response. The process is letter-driven. The timeline varies widely. The fees are flat but paid in advance. Reports from owners show large swings in both time and cost.

Average fees

We looked for a published price list and did not find one. In complaints, owners report paying between about two thousand six hundred and eight thousand dollars per client. These are individual reports, not a rate card, but they do show the range you can face.

Timeline

There is no single time frame. Some third-party examples mention many months. Several complaints describe two to three years without a final release. Long delays were a common theme in recent BBB complaints.

Escrow or money back

We did not find evidence of an active escrow option. Independent reviewers state the company relied on a money-back guarantee with conditions, rather than escrow. That means you pay up front and must meet specific terms to seek a refund.

Are they legit?

The company operated for years and helped some people. There are positive comments out there. At the same time, official files now say the business appears out of business. Phones reported as disconnected. Mail returned. Many unresolved complaints.

That is not a good sign.

So yes, some past clients report success. But the current situation raises serious concerns. If you want a clear, safe route, reach out to us. We will review your case and see if you qualify for a company that uses escrow, so you have no upfront fees. That is the standard we push for.

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation Pricing and refund policy

Pricing

There is no public price page with a set fee. Owners report charges from about $2600 to $8000. These are real figures from complaints, not a promise of results.

Refunds

The offer was a money-back guarantee with terms. Complaint records show many clients tried to use the guarantee after long delays. They report silence, disconnected numbers, or denial due to contract rules. This is the core risk of paying up front without escrow.

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation Reviews

Owners talk about three things:

  • Cost: People want to know what Sapphire timeshare cancellation costs and what they get for that price.
  • Time: Many say they waited one to three years and still did not see a release.
  • Communication: The most recent complaints describe calls and emails that go unanswered.

Some entries state the company is closed. On the positive side, there are a few posts that praise the team and say they got results earlier on.

Sources and signals

  • BBB

Not accredited. Listed as believed out of business. Complaint pages feature reports of upfront fees, very long timelines, and trouble reaching anyone.

  • Trustpilot

We did not find a Trustpilot page for this company. There are many reviews for Sapphire Resorts, which is a separate timeshare developer and not this exit company. Those reviews are not a measure of the exit company’s quality.

  • Glassdoor

There is a small employee footprint for the company. Employee opinions are mixed and do not confirm consumer results. This is a limited signal.

  • BCA

F rating. Four complaints in the last three years. A note that the company appears out of business and has disconnected phone numbers or returned mail. Contacts listed include leadership and general counsel.

Metrics owners ask for

  • Total clients served: Not published by the company.
  • Average cost per client: Not published. Complaint examples show two thousand six hundred to eight thousand dollars.
  • Success ratio: Not published. Past third-party write-ups cite examples, but there is no audited success rate we can verify.
  • Escrow or money back guarantee: Escrow not found in public sources. Money back exists with conditions.
  • Filed complaints: BBB shows multiple recent complaints describing non-response. BCA shows four complaints and an F rating.

What services do they offer?

The service is a timeshare contract cancellation for a flat fee. Materials and reviewers describe demand letters to the resort, attempts to arrange a release or deed in lieu, and references to attorney involvement.

Today, with the business marked as believed out of business, any service availability is uncertain. If you choose any exit help, choose a company that uses escrow so your money is safe.

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation Lawsuits and complaints

We looked for lawsuits with the company as a party. There is a federal case in Florida in which Sapphire Consulting Services LLC, doing business as Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation, sued several other companies in 2020.

The docket shows activity into 2022, with court filings and counsel changes. This case does not prove consumer success or failure. It does show the company was active in litigation. On the complaint side, the most recent and relevant signals are from BBB and BCA. BBB lists the business as believed out of business and not accredited, with many complaints describing long delays and inability to reach the company.

BCA lists an F rating, four complaints over three years, and notes that the numbers appear disconnected, and mail is returned. These are strong caution signs for anyone considering sending money.

How our review separates us and how we protect you from scams

Never pay up front for a timeshare exit without escrow. If a company only offers a money-back promise, you carry the risk. If they go quiet or close, you can lose both time and money. Official warnings from consumer agencies echo this. Scammers love guarantees that are hard to claim, and they love pressure to pay fast.

Here is what we do at MyTimeshareExitReviews. We help you connect with vetted timeshare exit companies that offer escrow, so you have no up-front fees. That means your payment sits with a neutral party and only releases when the company finishes the job. That single step changes the whole risk picture in your favor.

We are blunt about this because we have seen it all. Bogus promises. Silence after payment. Credit damage after bad advice.

Do not let that be your story. Reach out to us. We will walk you through it, show you the right way out, and if it makes sense, we will connect you with someone legit who uses escrow.

Frequently Asked Questions?

How much does a Sapphire timeshare cancellation cost?

Complaint records show owners paying between $2600 to $8000. Prices are not published, so your quote may differ. This is why many owners prefer escrow to protect funds.

Is Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation legit in 2025?

The BBB file lists the business as believed out of business and not accredited. BCA shows an F rating and recent complaints. That status makes paying up front risky for most owners today.

How long does a timeshare cancellation take with companies like this?

Timelines vary by resort and contract. Recent complaints report one to three years without completion. A clear plan with milestones and escrow reduces your risk during a long process.

Does Sapphire use escrow or a money-back guarantee?

Public sources point to a money-back promise with conditions, not escrow. With escrow, you do not pay the company directly, and funds are only released after proof of exit.

What should I do if I have already paid and cannot reach them?

Gather your contract, receipts, and emails. Document all outreach attempts. Consider a dispute with your card issuer if allowed, and file complaints with the BBB and BCA. Then talk to us for a safe next step.

Conclusion

The public record today says the business appears out of business. There is no clear escrow option. Owners report up-front fees, long waits, and trouble reaching anyone. There are some positive stories from earlier years, but too many red flags now. If you still want to explore a path like Sapphire timeshare cancellation, do it the safe way. Use a company that will hold your funds in escrow and only gets paid after the resort confirms your release.

That is the standard we push.

Contact us now. We will review your situation at no pressure. If it fits, we will connect you to a vetted company that uses escrow so you do not pay up front.

You worked hard for your money. Keep it safe.

Saphire does not respond well

January 7, 2021

The terrible lack of communication from Sapphire Resorts is one of the MANY reasons why my husband and I are trying so hard to get out of our timeshare contract with them! We’ve been trying to get in touch with one of the member services employees, and our calls are never answered or returned. We can’t get an email back from the Director of the resort. UGH. We just want to end this nightmare of a problem, but we can’t seem to find anyone who is willing to actually listen to our concerns and wants to work out a solution. I just don’t understand how a company can get away with treating owners this way. We absolutely deserve to speak with someone.
